The night sky would begin to darken even more as stars blinked from view. A Black energy would begin to surround Vayle as she finished the chant for Kurohitsugi. Hundreds of small black boxes would rise up from the ground and surround the Menos Grande, slowly sealing it within a Black Tomb. Before it could fully seal however, Revenant managed to Punch the Hollow square in the mask, creating a large indent and cracking it to near shattering. The Meno would slowly fall to the ground as more of the boxes fully entombed it, giving out it’s blood curdling screech. As soon as the tomb was fully sealed, spears would stab at the creature within, dicing it into pieces. Whatever civilians were left would scatter as numerous first responders made their arrival on the scene. Aside from their blaring sirens and scattered cries and moans of pain, things were silent. The only major spiritual pressure which could be felt was Higurashi’s.
Poppi could be seen stabbing Bertrand with some kind of syringe, shouting expletives as the man remained silent. Eleanor would grasp the chains embedded within Estrella’s back and force her to move forward with a painful jerk. Poppi would glance up as the other members began to walk over to see what was happening and get further instructions from Eleanor. “M-madam, I can assure-”
“Cease your sniveling, Poppi” Eleanor would have an emotionless face as she dragged Estrella along with the purple chains. “It seems your skills were lacking with Lady Callia after all. I’m rather dissapointed”
Poppi’s eyes would widen, tears beginning to form at Eleanor’s dissapointed words. “No! Madam my skills are unquestionably effective! Callia was just a random freak, an animal. I can’t tame animals, Madam!”
“Silence” Eleanor would look down at the small woman with narrowed eyes before handing her the chains. “You get one more chance. Do not break this one as badly as you broke Callia”
Poppi would begin to wipe the tears away from her eyes with a relieved smile. “T-thank you! Thank you Madam!” She would begin to examine Estrella as if examining a piece of artwork, forcing her head to move side to side to spot anything noticable.
The older Gentleman would step forwards and cross his arms. “What now, Rose?”
“I was far too ambitious before, I see that now” She’d glance to Estrella. “Hero types always have to ruin everything… My plan remains the same. Our methods shall simply change. Smaller attacks on citizens should help to lessen any suspicions. It will also allow us to try and recruit more to our cause…”
“And who exactly shall be undertaking this?”
Eleanor gave Estrella a smug grin as Poppi began to drag her away. “Our dear Estrella, of course”
