THE NAXAKURMA SCHOOL FOR GIFTED YOUNGSTERS (XTRACTORS)
Current Leader: Aiko Naxakurma
Description of Government: The Xtractors are formed much in the same way as a private school, with a single Grandmaster and several teachers with their own classes.
Location: The living world, mainly in Karakura City
Society: The Xtractors for all intents and purposes, are a Private school based around teaching Fullbringers on using their powers. As such, they can be compared to a typical highschool culture, with various social classes of students, Teachers who teach as well as ensure order is maintained, and a Grandmaster to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. Typically students with higher Reiryoku and thus stronger fullbrings will attempt to bully the weaker Fullbringers, something which Teachers crackdown on as best as they can.
History: During the Blood Sand War, a great deal of Hollows fled Hueco Mundo and into the living world. With this sudden influx of Hollows came an increase in the amount of Hollow attacks and Fullbringer children. Katsima, a Fullbringer herself, realized how dangerous it could be to have hundreds if not thousands of Fullbringer children running amok without any training. So she decided to open a school in attempts to help train these children in using their Fullbringer for good. Originally, this school was founded as “The Naxakurma School for Talented Youngsters”, a facade put up by its founder in an attempt to protect her true students. Years after its founding, students would nickname the school “Xtraction”, as a nod an older group of Fullbringers. Upon Katsima’s retirement, her daughter Aiko would take over as Grandmaster. Under Aiko, a greater emphasis was placed on self defence, inspiring many students and even a few teachers to take to crime fighting, something which the school itself meekly forbids.

STUDENTS - Students within the school are split into four classes based on age. All students live on campus and have strict guidelines they must follow, namely never releasing their Fullbring without Teacher permission
RECRUITMENT
Fullbringers of any power are often sought out and recruited into The Xtractors, always voluntarily.
TRAINING
As with normal schooling, Students within The Xtractors must study the core subjects, along with some electives. The difference is that students are also required to take extensive classes on using their Fullbring properly, followed by several classes in self defense. This ensures that the students are not only prepared for the future, but they are also prepared to protect themselves incase any Hollows attempt to attack them.
