Description of Government: The Kousengiri has no real structure, and is simply a loose knit group of people with a single goal of protecting and training Visoreds.

History: The Kousengiri was founded upon the orders of the Central 46 which was an attempt to remove the growing Visored threat in Soul Society. It is believed that they were founded by the Visored Captains and Lieutenants who left their posts in protest, but Soul Society fervently denies these claims. The goal of the Kousengiri is to find and protect any Visored found within Soul Society, hopefully training them on using their abilities in the process to prevent full Hollowfication. Other than their goals, not much else is known about them.

Typically those recruited into the Kousengiri are done so because they are either new Visored or sympathetic to the Visored’s cause. If someone is to be recruited into it, they are usually contacted in secret and given a very specific set of instructions on finding a meeting location.

It is believed that the Kousengiri focus mainly on teaching new Visored on controlling their hollow side. Any other training other than that is relatively unknown.
