The Hollow would look down at the armored Quincy, it’s yellow eyes narrowing. “You wear armor, Quincy? How cowardl-” Suddenly an arrow would impact the Hollow in the torso, piercing through in a fountain of blue light. The Hollow flew into the air from the force of the strike but managed to regain it’s balance before landing on a distant building. It would let out an anger screech, probably due to Oliver’s rude interruption. Oliver lifted his bow and aimed it towards the Hollow. “That’s enough talking…” He’d mutter to himself before launching a shot. As quickly as it was shot, the arrow would imbed itself into the Hollow’s mask, more specifically the lower jaw. The arrow would burrow deeper into the jaw before shattering it off completely. The Hollow would grasp at the broken mask and screech in pain as Oliver hopped closer to get a better shot. Before the quincy could land, though, the building would suddenly have it’s roof shaved off with a sudden strike. The Hollow had sprouted several tendrils which it was now whipping around wildly, slamming into several different buildings as it continued to screech in pain. Oliver quickly focused as much Reishi as he could, suddenly vanishing before reappearing behind the writhing Hollow. The Quincy stumbled a bit before regaining his balance, he was never the best at Hirenkyaku. With one final aimed shot, an arrow would launch forward and through the back of the Hollow’s head before erupting out the front, causing the creature’s head to explode. Moments later it’s body would vanish completely. Oliver stepped forward a bit to look down at the festival which was now in complete chaos, before spotting that damned Bount again. Quickly he would raise his bow and draw it back, launching a warning shot which would find itself square in between the bount’s legs. Karl Frost

During Oliver's skirmish with the hollow, Karl was able to convince the local authorities about him being an FBI agent and managed to put himself in charge of the festival evacuation. With his military background, Karl was able to rally the local authorities into an effective well-engineered evacuation force and within thirty minutes of him taking command. More than half of the citizens had already been escorted out of the Quincy and hollow war zone. However, there were still people trapped in the buildings where the two were fighting on and getting them out safely would be the most difficult part about this operation as well as explaining to the officers that there was no terrorist in the building.
Luckily or unluckily for Karl, Oliver and the hollow decided to hopscotch across town and continued their fight on top of nearby Church. With this sudden change of scenery, came new problems for the bounto to handle." Sir." The red-haired officer, who Karl recently had learned her name was Rene, spoke out to him. " I've got a report that there been explosions near Our First Lady Church down on Main Street." Rene finished." Damn," Karl muttered, as he tried his best to sound surprised by the news. He started to rub his chin and feign a surprised expression before saying. "Tell units fifteen and thirty-two to investigate the area. While units ten and five to hold their current position. In case the terrorists try an escape down their route." Rene nodded and got on her radio. Karl felt albeit about bad for not telling her the truth but he knew better than that. To tell any of them the truth would make a bad situation worse and right now Karl and the local authorities already had enough to deal with.
Karl could feel the hollow reisatu dissipate and its sinister energy leaves the area. For a moment Karl felt a sense of relief wash over him. Now since the fighting had ended between the two, the only thing left to do was to handle the cleanup of the battle. This would be a simple task for the bount to undertake. He had more than enough experience of fabricating false stories and with the aid of his doll, Karl could make it appear as though a gas pipeline had ruptured which caused the explosion everybody had heard and felt earlier.
As he thought about his options. A Quincy bolt flew between his legs and impacted the ground in front of him, leaving a small hole the size of a quarter on the sidewalk. A quick search of his surrounding area revealed to him the culprit. The bount wasn't too surprised to find out it was Oliver who had shot the bolt at him. Oliver stood triumphantly on top of the Church with his bow in hand, acting as if he had just done the town a great service. Well from down here things look pretty different from Karl perspective of Oliver, but still, Karl felt as though congratulations might be in order.
Karl released a small portion of his reishi and began to mold the energy around him before taking a step forward and disappearing and then appearing behind Oliver. This was the bounto form of high-speed movements techniques, called spatial manipulation. Not too many beings no about it and even fewer had ever seen it in action. So Oliver should consider himself lucky to have seen it."Nice armor." Karl remarked at Oliver while forcing a smile across his face."So how was your little hunt?"Karl asked Oliver in a condescending tone. He then gestured at the mass panic happening on the city streets "Was it worth all this unwanted chaos in these people lives?" He asked.

Oliver swiftly turned around and put his bow at full draw. It took all his being to keep from releasing the shot on the foolish bount. The quincy loosened some pull on the bow, but would not lower it completely. He needed to be prepared in case the Bount had to be put down. “Hmph, I would of aimed higher, but that would’ve just made you more annoying to listen to…” Oliver said as he continued to adjust his stance. He cast his gaze down on the panicked town as the bount brought up his “Unwanted chaos”. Unbeknownst to the bount, Oliver had given a very sarcastic and uncaring eye roll before lowering his bow completely. “Chaotic lives are better than no lives at all. My job isn’t to save human lives, it’s to end Hollows. If they can’t handle the aftermath then that’s their problem. But in the end, my intervention kept them from being Hollow merde. So yes, it was very worth it Soul Sucker. Now whether it was a good hunt or not…” He’d glance over at where the dead Hollow had once lain. “The Hollow is dead. Much like you’ll be if you don’t leave soon” Oliver slowly walked up to the bount and looked down on him. The quincy seemed fairly relaxed now. He’d give a slight chuckle. “You know, I always thought bounts were suppose to be scarier. All I see in front of me is a bleeding heart coward who would rather order people around then solve his own issues. I don’t think I’d even need my bow to take you down…” He’d push his way past the bount and look out at the cityscape. “By the way, stop wearing sunglasses at night. You look like a real abruti, va” Karl Frost

When Oliver turned around with his bow fully drawn at him, Karl quickly raised his hands into the air and took a half of step back to show the man he means him no harm. Once the Quincy realized who it was behind him, Oliver began to relax a little, but he still kept his aim on him. Karl almost made a sly remarked about how jumpy Oliver seems to be but decided against it, as it probably would have just made things even more strenuous between the two.
As Oliver spoke to Karl, the bount slowly lowered his hands and adopted a more leisure posture. He took in what Oliver was saying to him carefully and rolled his eyes at Oliver empty threats to harm or kill him and even ignored the whole Oliver looking down at him with his condescending tone. None of Oliver insults had phased him, after living for so long Karl learned not to take things seriously. Although he would be lying to himself if he did not admit that a small part of him kinda wished would Oliver to try to kill him so he could have an excuse to have his doll ring out his neck. Even though the bount knew that wasn't the right thing to do in this situation. What Oliver needed right now was not another opponent to face but rather a friend or at the very less someone who can call him out on his foolishness.
Karl stood quietly for a few moments and thought about what Oliver had said to him before slowly responding." If you actually believed you did the right thing, then why are those people down there running away from you." Karl slowly approached Oliver on the nearby ledge but kept a good distance from him in order not to spook him. The bount took a second to smell the air around him and felt a ping of sadness when he did not smell barbecue food or heard the laughter of humans having fun. This place was once filled with such comforts and all had been dashed and replaced with pandemonium. He looked down at the chaotic scene before him and Oliver and quietly grumbled to himself."You know I meet quinces before. Most were foolish like you but their hearts were always in the right place and most of them fought not out of duty but to protect those who couldn't protect themselves. Your actions today certainly showed you got the skills becoming of a Quincy but what you truly lack is their heart."Karl turned to face him."Oh and by the way these glasses are worth more than your entire outfit. Hai rotto lo scemo." He said.

Oliver stretched, cracking his neck as the Bount continued to whine about the civilians below. The truth was Oliver really didn’t care about the people down there. A Quincy was suppose to hunt and permanently end Hollows. People getting saved from it was a simple side effect. Oliver saw no reason to save civilians who would most likely end up as hollows anyways. Why save a life if he’d just be forced to kill it again? The Quincy reached up and removed his helmet, suddenly dissipating his entire set of armor, ribbons of Reishi slowly flowing away into the wind. “They aren’t running away from me. They’re running away from burning and destroyed buildings. They’d still be doing so if I hadn’t killed that Hollow. Don’t try to pull my heart strings, Bount” He’d turn and give Karl a sharp glare. “And do not act like you know what it takes to be a Quincy. I’ve been training since I was a child for this. Heart or not, I get the job done” He’d walk up to the Bount and look down at him, giving an uptight sneer. “You aren’t a friend. In fact, I’m getting closer and closer to shoving those ‘Expensive Glasses’ up your ass” Oliver would walk to the edge of the roof and prepare to jump down into the chaos before pausing and looking back. “Next time you decide to spend your money frivolously, perhaps buy something a bit more useful. Like a fashion magazine” Oliver hopped down into a crowd of people running, slowly making his way through by pushing people to the side. Something else which disgusted him so much with these people...they ran from conflict, instead of running towards it. Karl Frost

The man didn't seem to care what Karl had said to him. In fact, he seems more irritated by the bount's presence now more than ever. Oliver explained to Karl, how the situation would've been the same if he had not intervened. Yet Karl didn't believe it to be the case. He felt If Oliver could have lured the hollow away from the festival after the first volley of attacks were unleashed. Things could have ended differently for the people here. In fact, he knew it would have ended differently, but thinking about how things could have been different was a waste of time. The hollow is dead and Oliver is the victor. All that remains of the situation is to handle the cleanup and of course Oliver.
Oliver continued to talk to Karl and for a second the bount got the impression that the man might not like humans but was distracted when Oliver said something about his glasses."Frivolously," Karl said with a confused expression going across his face, as his head tilted slightly sideways."These are Ray-bans and besides." Karl took off his sunglasses to reveal his red serpentine-like eyes to Oliver."Humans are usually intimidated by my eyes." Karl added as he put his sunglasses back on. Oliver at this point must have had enough of being around Karl because he just jumped off the building.
"Good talk. "Karl said to himself as he watched Oliver leaped off the side of the building and landing quietly on the sidewalk next to a crowd of civilians who were being escorted out of the area. The man deftly joined the crowd of people and slowly made his way out of the festival. The bount after sensing no trace of the Quincy, let out a huge sigh of relief and said to himself." What a tool." Before releasing some of his reshi from out of his body and quickly molding the energy around his him as he casually took a step off the building ledge and disappearing from the top of the building and reappearing behind the red-haired officer. He smiled widely and said to her. "I just got off the phone with my men. They just caught the terrorist on third street and is en route to your police station. Let's get these people to safety."Karl said to Rene.
