As your character grows stronger they will learn new ways to improve their Reiryoku and capabilities. Some transformations are subtle and others may result in dramatic physical alteration. You unlock a transformation when you have met the natural PL requirement. You may roleplay and describe it however you wish. But within proper reason and racial limits. An example could be a Shinigami’s T1 being a Shikai, T2 being a Bankai, T3 being a Mastered Bankai, and T4 being perhaps something more miscellaneous to help give your character more uniqueness.

Reiatsu
Reiatsu is how much “pressure” that spiritual energy releases. The higher your Reiatsu is, the greater effect it will have on your opponent. A great example can be Kenpachi and Ichigio’s first battle, where Ichigo and his allies felt almost paralyzed by Kenpachi’s Reiatsu. Below is listed the effects of having higher Reiatsu, when you raise a tier, you also gain all previous effects. You gain Reiatsu from transformations.
Reiatsu 1: As a passive you gain +10 to def against all the foe’s attacks.
Reiatsu 2: As a passive you negate 2 damage from foe’s attacks.
Reiatsu 3: As a passive you gain +10 accuracy to all attacks against that foe.
Reiatsu 4: As an At-Will action you can deal Spiritual Pressure on an enemy, causing them 2 Status Damage.
TRANSFORMATION PERKS
After unlocking a transformation you can begin to learn its subtleties and spend your MP to unlock special perks for it. Depending on the tier, you get a certain number of perks you can pick from the list. It costs 4 MP to add a perk to your transformation. If you are inheriting a perk from a previous transformation, you do not have to spend MP again.
T1 gets 1 perks
T2 gets 2 perks.
T3 gets 3 perks.
T4 gets 4 perks
ASCENSION POINTS
After you’ve unlocked at least your T1 transformation and given it both perks, you’re eligible to start earning Ascension Points (AP.) Each AP is gained when you spend 5 MP to train.
You can spend AP during a battle or event to unlock one of the following special benefits:

- 2 AP: You are fueled by your emotions, awakening deep reserves in your soul. You gain 15 latent Reishi that cannot be lost or spent unless it’s on techniques. Once per thread.
- 4 AP: You dig deep and draw out latent power. Your Reiatsu is raised an additional level while in any transformations for the thread. Stacks with Emboldened. Once per thread.
- 6 AP: T1 and T2 only. You unlock the next tier of transformation, albeit just for the thread. It has the same traits as your current tier. Once per thread.
- 8 AP: T3 only. You dig deep into your soul and draw upon unknown forces to revive you. You may either fill your HP or Reishi to max. Once per thread.
Make sure to note in your request, after the battle or event, the amount of AP spent. It will be subtracted.
