Takano instinctively started to raise Chiyu up as Vayle chewed him out. Yup, she was definitely aggravated. Negative emotions have been known to worsen the sickness set on by hollow Reiatsu. Given the sickness itself already induced pain and stress, it just ended up being a vicious cycle of emotional turmoil. Whether she liked it or not, Vayle was going to have to keep her emotions managed, at least until they figured out if this was temporary or not. “What I’m trying to say is lashing out is just going to get one of us killed! Just rein it back a bit-” Takano paused as he heard a boom, Vayle disappearing before his eyes. “What was-” He’d suddenly turn around and raise Chiyu up to defend himself, noticing that she had appeared behind him. Before he could fully prepare himself though, Vayle would once more disappear and reappear to his left, launching a barrage of brightly colored rockets. Takano started to spin Chiyu, forming an Enkosen in front of him to help soak up some of the damage. About half way through the barrage the missiles would begin to break through and pelt him, cutting long gashes across his sides as he tried his best to move. "Yeah and I'd love not to but having a little hollow reishi in it makes it a lot more difficult than just tryin' real hard!" Vayle snapped back, before sighing. "...Sorry. I don't think I can use this energy without it making me a little... short-tempered." With that note, the Shinigami took a deep breath, concentrating as she tried to control the smattering of hollow energy she had. Maybe it was her who was handling it wrong. She'd been trying very hard to smother it, to push it back, but... A side thought entered the death god's mind. "...Okay, I need to ask a question before I answer..." Vayle would respond, before holding up her reactor. "...I'm not a visored, so... the hollow's energy should have naturally just bled out of me either due to exhausting itself or simply flowing out of my body, right? It's been a while since that mission..." Vayle's heart sank before she continued along that idea. "...Please, check my reiatsu levels after this." And with that, Vayle took a deep breath. when she'd dodged before, it was completely natural. here, she'd wait for the exact moment to dodge, letting the impossibly fast beam of lightning come within a tenth of an inch of striking her in the chest. Then, The shinigami breathed, and instead of fighting the hollow energy... let go, letting just a bit of it in, and attempted to do what she'd done before on instinct intentionally. Immediately, another 'boom'resounded as she stepped next to Takano. "...Don't know what this technique is, but... I did it once before. The last time I fought Revenant." She responded, before utilizing a few more, testing if she could simply "exhaust" this energy in order to purify herself. After jumping from side to side, she held up the miniature reactor, and focused on firing her personal favorite, hoping it would go off as intended. "Love Sign: Master spark!" Vayle yelled, and the prismatic energy blast fired off without a hitch, heading straight for takano. BATTLE TRACKERSUMMARY

Tch, missed again. Was he just screwing up with his aim, or had Vayle really improved that much? Or maybe it was that strange way she could manipulate the Hollow Reiatsu which resided in her. Most of the time when Hollow Reiatsu entered the body, it acted as if it was a cancerous cell. It poisons and kills surrounding Reiatsu upon entering the body, though as he said before it could easily be cleansed from the soul with enough work. But with Vayle it seemed as if her body had...accepted the Hollow Reiatsu. Never in all of his studies had he ever seen someone manipulate foreign Hollow Reiatsu before. Typically Visored produced their own Hollowfied Reiatsu, so whatever was happening to her couldn’t be Visored Hollowfication, though it certainly could be classified as Hollowfication. Takano gave a nod. “I was planning on doing that anyhow” It seems she was trying to drain the Hollow Reiatsu as if draining her own Reiatsu. Smart idea. Before Takano could focus back on the spar, however, Vayle would launch another attack his way. Being far too lost in thought to notice it, he would be struck head on by the energy blast, which sent him flying back. Before he impacted the ground he would manage to fire off another Byakurai. The blast had actually managed to tear a hole in a non-vital spot on his shoulder, which burned to high hell. Takano would grasp his shoulder whilst contemplating if having a spar combined with an in depth research on someone’s Reiatsu was such a good idea... Vayle CameoTakano Hirai SUMMARY

Vayle Pulled back into another dash of this new movement technique, barely managing to dodge another byakurai. Takano's attacks had increased in potency, all right... but still, Vayle was managing to be faster, thanks in part to how trained her reflexes had been, and the last dregs of this hollow reishi. "Phew..." Vayle added, feeling the energy bleed out to almost nothing. hopefully, this was all the energy she was going to have to worry about. she couldn't deny this new technique felt... oddly pleasant to use, but Vayle Cameo was a shinigami. She'd get along fine with just Shunpo. Vayle brought up her reactor, experimenting with what she could do next. Throw a little more of the hollow reishi in the next attack, hold back mostly, and she'd get a faint sputter that could get rid of the remainder of this energy and let this whole thing be... "Urk!" Vayle managed with widened eyes. Red energy suddenly burst from her anew, from some other source, and Vayle stumbled forwards as energy trailed from her back and found it's way into the miniature reactor. "...Wanna try dodging this one!" Vayle yelled as the energy surged around her, before a purple-coloured Master spark blasted from Mahoutsukai - straight for Takano, and filled with an insidious aura. Takano gave a slight sigh of relief as the Hollow Reiatsu weakened and weakened. It seems whatever she was doing was working. Perhaps they could finally end this whole spar so he could get a sense of her current Reiatsu, get rid of the rest of any of that Hollow Reiatsu. Since she could remove so much just with that movement technique, she could just do that until they find a more permanent solution… Right? Takano gave a thumbs up. “Alright, I-” Suddenly a new red aura would burst from Vayle. That wasn’t good. “Hey, I think it might be good to- Wait, try dodging-” Takano wouldn’t be able to finish his sentence as a sudden burst of energy would launch from her Zanpakuto. It was purple in color, something Takano took note of before cursing under his breath. Before he could finish that cuss, the attack would strike him in the rib and tear straight through his torso, causing him to spin around and land on the ground with a loud thud. Luckily it would manage to miss any major organs, but that did not help the pain which reverberated throughout his entire body. Takano would curl up on the ground and tighten his grip over his ribs, trying his best not to pass out. Even with Chiyu's attempted healing, only so much could be repaired. Vayle Cameo |

Vayle rushed to Takano's side with worry framing her features. "Takano! Are you alright? Takano!" The shinigami rushed forward and narrowly stopped herself from grabbing straight for the ribs.
"...HOld on! I'll fix this!" Vayle yelled with a look of concern, focusing as blue reishi streamed from her and into Takano's body. "...Shit! I didn't know it would surge back up like that! I'm so sorry, Takano!" She'd add with a look of horror and pain on her face. This wasn't a proper spar fight. this was a bad accident. And she was at fault for getting cocky at her control over the hollow reishi. She tested a theory and let it go to live-fire. Her head was swimming with a thousand words of regret she couldn't possibly express.
Of course, what Chiyo and Takano would likely notice, if they were to look closely:
She may have been healing Takano with her reishi, and no problems may have arisen, but there was no shinigami kido that worked quite like the regenerative energies that Vayle was pouring into the injured Takano's body, that already started to repair his damaged bodily systems.
"...I, uhhh... think it's best for everyone if you, uhm... examine me. after this. When you get better." Vayle would say with a faded voice. "...I guess I'm a lot more dangerous to everyone than I thought."

Takano nearly lurched up as Vayle transferred her Reiatsu into him. It was an unnatural feeling to heal so quickly, causing him to grasp at the wounds he currently had. This wasn’t Chiyu’s doing, no she couldn’t even hope to heal this quickly. Whatever Vayle was doing… Takano would hold up his hand to stop her, breathing heavily as he checked whatever was left of the wound. “It’s all clear…”Takano gave a sigh of relief before turning back to Vayle with a serious look. “Don’t do that again. You could’ve just inadvertently transferred that Hollow Reiatsu to me. Unlike you, I wouldn’t have such an easy time keeping it under control” He’d reach into his satchel and apply some salve to the remainder of the wound, which was a slightly indented burn at this point. “I’m okay now, by the way. It’ll take a lot more than that to kill me” He’d flash a smirk. “It would probably be best if we waited a bit, like you said. If the Hollow Reiatsu begins to come back as if normal Reiatsu, then we’ve got a problem on our hands. If not, then you should be good” He’d push himself up off the ground, using Chiyu to help keep his balance. “Just...try not to get into any stressful situations, Ok? If this stuff isn’t going away then we shouldn’t exacerbate it. You're only dangerous to everyone when you're agitated. Well, at least that hasn't changed.” He’d limp slowly over to his lab coat and remove a paper from the pocket. “Alright… I got a mission two days from now. Something about a high vector killer Hollow. We can talk about this more after that” Taking a moment to breath, Takano would sit down where he set his lab coat. Vayle Cameo |
