Was it just her... or were both Estrella and Vayle confused at each other here? Estrella had no clue what all these Shinigami things were supposed to be, while Vayle appeared surprised that Estrella didn't have a clue and thus explained a little bit about exactly what they are supposed to be. And then explained why she was so cryptic about everything - apparently, she was convinced that she was going to win here and thus planned to explain everything to the human in a some sort of comic book moment. Really now? Hey, being certain that she's going to win is Estrella's job!
"Oh heck no, I'll-" Estrella was about to take aim with her Rose pistols, but Vayle acted first, vanishing from position to position before finally releasing a barrage of lasers which fired upon her from everywhich direction. W-what the... Her suit's internal and external defenses were getting solidly overpowered by the barrage, especially when all of it converged into a single sphere of energy rupturing her from everywhich direction.
Once the technique faded, Estrella still stood on both of her feet, a shocked expression burned on her face, but as soon as she tried to make any sort of move, the fried cybernetics in her Ghostbuster suit gave in. Like a tipped over statue, she fell face-first to the ground, a few sounds of crackling electricity and the core reactor on her chest dying down indicating that she wasn't going to be pulling any more stunts.
"You know, calling soul police "Death Gods" is quite the opposite of an exercise in humility." a muffled voice from the floor reached out to Vayle.
